Q: What are your payment methods?
A: We use two main forms of payment methods: Wordplay who is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group which can be used by anyone all over the world. Wordplay accepts a wide variety of credit and debits cards and is a very safe and secure way of paying online. We also use Paypal and this can be used by existing and new customers all you need is a credit or debit card and a valid email address.
Q: What other payment methods do you accept?
A: If you are not familiar with buying online you can place your order over the phone Monday to Friday between 9.00pm - 5.00pm, simply call us on 0790 4477099 or 01778 344949 to place your order. We can also except personal cheques which should be made out to 'It's Vintage Darling Ltd'. (If you do choose this method of payment we will wait until the funds are cleared before order is dispatched).
Q: Can I return my item if I am not fully satisfied?
A: Yes of course you can, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can send your item back. This must be done within 7 days of the item being purchased. Once we have received the unused item a refund will be processed minus postage costs.
Q: What if I live outside of the U.K can I still return my item:
A: Yes you can return your item however; the postage costs can not be refunded. Please email us at: info@itsvintagedarling.com
Q: Do you buy items from private sellers?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to buy items from private sellers however, please feel free to contact us for any help and we can point you in the right direction.
Q: Do you loan items for press/magazine shoots?
A: We are happy to loan specific items or advise on suitable vintage pieces for articles/photo shoots. Please email: info@itsvintagedarling.com for more information and a press release.
Q: I'm looking for a particular item - can you help?

Q: Is all your stock on the website?
A: Due to the large volumes of stock at it's vintage Darling, we often have many items waiting to be listed on the website. If you can't see what you want, drop us a line - we may well have something in stock that fits the bill...
Q: Do you have a printed catalogue?
A: No we do not have a printed catalogue as our stock is ever changing and a printed catalogue would not be viable, Plus we only stock one of each item.
Q: How often do you add new items to your website?
A: New items are added to the website every week. There is no specific day when new items will be added, so to make sure you don't miss out by checking our website regularly.

Returns Policy:
If you would like to return your order, please contact us or return to senders address located on the label of your parcel.
All returns must be sent back to us within 7 working days, in the same condition and packing as they were received in.
All returns must be sent back via recorded or special delivery; this enables us to track the parcel and make sure it is received safely, as if any damage has occurred whilst in transit the parcel will be insured by the post office.
If you wish to send your item back via standard post this is at your own risk and no responsibly it held by Its vintage Darling Ltd for lost or damaged items. We cannot refund you for the value of the parcel if the item is received damaged or not at all.
Postal information:
Next day delivery: Orders placed after 1.00pm may not be shipped until the next day.
Postal days: We post Mondays to Fridays.
Royal Mail - Special Delivery
If you want to guarantee the delivery of your purchase for next day, Royal Mail will guarantee delivery by 1.00pm the next working day to 99% of the UK. Orders must be placed before 1.00pm to qualify for this service.
Royal Mail - Recorded Delivery
With proof of posting, signature on arrival and online confirmation of delivery, your delivery is easy to trace. Most First Class Recorded items should arrive within 2-4 working days although normal First Class terms apply. |
